WHERE IS KICKSTART LIVE TAKING PLACE?
We will be gathering at the beautiful light-filled Salt Water Studios in Worthing, West Sussex on the south coast of England.
Worthing is on easy transport links. It's a 1.5 hour train ride journey from London, and just a short hop along from Brighton.
There's plenty of parking nearby if you're driving to join us by the seaside for the day.
CAN I JOIN ONLINE?
Kickstart is a live event only and will not be streamed or recorded for replay.
I do run plenty of online courses and programmes throughout the year, including the UNSTOPPABLE mini course which takes place early January 2025, if you can't join us in person.
WILL I BE OK COMING ON MY OWN?
Absolutely! One thing I can guarantee you is that you may come along on your own, but you will have firm friends and sisterhood by the end of this transformational day.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS IF I BOOK A SPOT & I CAN'T MAKE IT?
We can't offer refunds for the event, unless we cancel the event (we will try and find another date in the unlikely event we have to postpone).
If you're not able to make the event you can either transfer your space to someone else, or put the money towards one of my other programmes or events in 2024.
WILL I HAVE TO DANCE?
There will be embodiment elements into the day, which will be suited to all physical abilities.
Of course there will be some banging tunes being played throughout the day, which you can join us in dancing around to, or not!
